Sonsill 1220×2440mm PVC marble sheet combines a natural marble-look finish with a practical waterproof surface, providing an efficient decorative solution for interior wall cladding. The large-format panel creates a cleaner visual effect with fewer joints and is suitable for residential renovation, hotels, offices, shops and other commercial interiors. Compared with traditional stone decoration, the PVC sheet is easier to handle and install, helping simplify wall renovation work. Multiple marble patterns and customized solutions are available for distributors, contractors and project buyers. Sonsill supports OEM and ODM services. Product Gallery
Installation Guide
1. Surface Preparation
Confirm and clean the bottom layer to be fully dry, ensuring the surface is level. Remove dirt and debris. The substrate should be gypsum board, magnesium plate, or other smooth, waterproof material.
2. Marking and Positioning
Mark the installation area according to the decoration dimensions and shape, creating positioning guidelines.
3. Apply Double-Sided Tape
Apply double-sided adhesive tape at the fixed positions, pressing firmly to ensure proper adhesion. Usage: approximately 3.3/m² for walls and 4.3/m² for ceilings.
4. Apply Adhesive Glue
Cut the nozzle of the adhesive cartridge to create an opening approximately 7mm wide. Apply the adhesive in continuous beads along the marked or taped positions. Recommended usage: approximately 0.5A/m² for walls and 0.6A/m² for ceilings.
5. Remove Protective Film
Remove the separation paper from the double-sided adhesive tape.
6. Panel Installation
Within 10 minutes after bonding, position the decorative panel onto the fixed location. Press firmly on the taped areas to ensure full adhesion. Note: Do not move or re-bond after placement.
7. Curing and Maintenance
Allow 1 day for the adhesive to fully cure and set before any further handling or use.
